Custom Axles...
Anyone know where I can get one made or if anyone makes them? I'm trying to swap in a H2 9.5" rear end but they come with 8 lug axles.
I'm sure there's people out there that make custom axles right? Truck is going under the knife on monday so let me hear it. If not I'm just gonna do gears, eaton, etc... and hope my rear end doesn't break too soon.

What did you come up with on the driveshaft, and the oil pan? Did you get the pan fixed/replaced?
If you're really intent on replacing the housing, take a look at Strange Engineering's stuff. They have whole housings that can be configured any way you want. You can get a 9" Ford, or a Dana 60 housing to be a bolt in in the truck.

all you need is a 9.5" 14bolt similar to the ones in the SSS, VHO, VMAX, 1500HDs, and 2500hds w/6.0. im pretty sure that its not a full floater. a 10.5" or a 11.5" is goin to be alot of drivetrain loss that is unnecessary.
if im not mistaken, quicksilverado has about 600rwhp on the stock 10bolt with only an aftermarket eaton, but that is in a rcsb the weight of the ccsb will hurt you more.

Since none of the sponsors have anything comporable.
contact them and they have the kit for 6x5.5
JamesB is the one i know of thats done it. also the drivetrain loss wont be that bad because yes it has some extra beef but its a completely roller rear as well and the extra weight will help you hook and lower your center of gravity as well. plus its been around so long that you can do an entire gear swap on it for Cheap, parts are cheap strong and plentiful
This is an axle AxisT6 built, i highly reccomend him, his installs are top notch and the guy is cool as **** to.
