Custom Ladder Bar?
Im currently have been conteplating on building some long bars for my truck and needed some recogmendations... they will be from the rear end to just behind the u joint of the trans( thats my plan anyhow)
I was wondering should i use 5/8 rod ends like most standard ladderbars or 3/4 sinces it is gonna be pickin up alot of wight..
On the tubing i was planning to use DOM 1-1/4 OD .200Wall thickness , would this be ok to use , it will have 3 cross braces in it for strength.. The only thing im concerned about on this is if i use the 3/4 rod end it wont leave ahole lot of room for a sleeve for the rod end bung...
Suggestions are good

I got caltracs but wanna go the next step, esp since im gonna be coming off transbrak.
Well i was gonna take the same design of the ones that comp enginerring make and jus make them longer.. i can make jigs at work so they're both the exact same..
i have also concidered doing a setup like a 4 link but longer but im affraid the bars might bend being that there longer...
I like the long 4 link idea seeing that they will be easier to make but idk just tossing ideas around 4 now.. but def wanna do something diff.
