yeah nick just do a used 60E and call it a day and do some minor upgrades shift kit servo maybe a tune. sucks my old tranny gave the ghost i thought that one was a survivor.

weird since my white truck has 170k and the tranny is still going strong watch it will probably blow up tomorrow now that ive said that.

Built 80e with a trans brake should be sufficient

I do basically what he said.

I have a small funnel that I can slide a rubber hose over the end that is roughly the same size as the trans line. I do a little at a time and put the other end in a bucket using more rubber hose. I also try use a lower pressure to move the fluid like maybe 10-20 instead of full pressure. Once the majority of the fluid is out, I give some full pressure blast to help shake things up.

BTW you can use some old rubber 3/8 Air line. I use to save the broken air lines for just this thing and toss them when your done. There not rated for use with fluid so don't mix them up with Oil rated line or you will be sorry!!!
