Angry damn gears

so i get a 4.11 Yukon gear from Randy's i install it with my Eaton LSD. as soon as i back it out the yard and i get it to 20 mph it starts whining and it whines more the faster i go and as i slow down it whines also.
so i call them up and talk 2 tech make some adjustments that he said should clear the noise up it didn't did this 3 times with the tech guy and the noise stayed the same with every change
so he said i must have a bad ring and pinion so they send me a new set but charge me for it and said they will refund me when they get the old 1 back

i put the new gears in and same damn noise now i know u are thinking we are not installing them correct but my dad has built a **** lode of rear ends for race cars and street cars
i even had a certified mechanic shop redo it and same noise

i sent the 1st gears back and the say they cant see any wear in it the gear looks good and then they say ididnt back file the gear
i said that is BS nobody ever said anything about that b4 and if it was so important why its not in the instructions
he was like o u r write
i told him u cant see any wear on the gear because it only has 40 miles on it

they don't want 2 refund me my money because they can see anything wrong with it
i asked him how did they check did they use some tool or something and he said no
how are you going 2 see if a gear is machined wrong just by looking at it with your eye

they want 2 send me a new OEM gear and install kit 4 no charge
but not refund me 4 the second set

did yall check your backlash on the ring gear? it should be around 8-12 if im correct 8 being on the tight side.if you bought an install kit it should have came with doifferent shims for the ring and for the pinion. i would drive it for 30mins straight and if the diff is too hot to touch you have a set up issue.

I have done a lot of yukon gears from randy's and never had a problem. Did you reuse you're original pinion shim? Set the backlash between .005 and .008 on new gears in a 8.6 diff.

it was a white and blue box

i talked the guy from randys again 2day and he said that there top tech guy looked at the gear and he said the gear is bad after all hummm imagine that
so they are going 2 refund me my money on the 1st gear i sent back
but still didnt want 2 give me an OEM in place of the 2nd yukon gear (that is bad also)
because its more money for it

i told him after all my time, labor and money that was wasted on there gears he should do someting
i built this rearend 5 time and every time i payed for a new pinion nut, crush colour and pinion seal out of my pocket o and gear oil
then he said ok he will send me the oem gear 4 no charge

i was really mad because at 1st they said the gear was not bad
(witch i knew was)and didnt install it correct and then they say something is bad with it

i think that is the last time i will buy from them
