Default Delayed shift after 4l80e build

Ok had my 80e built by a local guy suppose to have an hd2 kit in it but the 1-2 shift has a delay and then slams into gear instead of a crisp 1-2 shift like my 60e had it like drags out then hits I've played with pressures and shif times in the tune but it doesn't help any suggestions?

My 80e shiftes nigth and day quicker. did you check fluid level? Is it only WOT or it this all shifts? If its only WOT my guess is its low on fluid.

I have checked fluid level. It does it at part throttle to. Normal light throttle it's fine but soft, And the 2-3 and 3-4 shifts are fine and it locks up like it's supposed to.

You need to get a pressure gauge on it.
