Default Difference in 4L80e from 02 to 03.

I have an 02 6.0L CNG truck with a crapped out tranny. I have a rolled over 03 6.0L CNG truck with a good tranny (both 2500 w/ 4L80E.) Can I just ****** the transmission from the 03 for the 02?

I'm trying to avoid any reprogramming, etc due to the CNG system.

What about an 05? I didn't think about it but it's already out and in the garage.
