Default does center hub need to fit tight?

i got some cheap rims awhile back for some sticky tires but just noticed the hub hole is larger than the actual hub. does the rim need to fit tight on that hub?

I think you will be ok.....just get some good acorn lug nuts to keep the wheel centered on the lug. I have seen other wheels that did not fit tight on the Hub...including mine.
