i'm with this guy, for some reason my 4/6 dropped longbed rides pretty rough in the back end, if i keep 200 lbs in the bed i can tollerate it better

when i had my shocks off a few weeks ago jsut trying to see if anythign was bottoming out cause a rough ride or anything (which it wasent) one shock was really stiff ( so hard you had to stand on it to get it to compress) and the other was partially blown

i'd enjoy a good monroe shock if i can find the proper size

Default shocks

Well I am so glad you guys are sharing my frustration with lowering these trucks. My biggest issue is once you change the springs the bouncier(sorry) it gets. I have tried the edelbrock IAS shocks and now I am trying out the NITRO ACTIVe shocks in the front. The rear I am still using the EDEL IAS shocks with shock extenders and it rides and handles AWESOME. I would recommend those over all the rest for the rear.

These trucks seem to hadle better from the factory with the factory spring with a 2' drop spindle or LCA!! Hope this helps just venting my frustration with the front end bounce as well.
