Personally, I like it to be completely level. But everyone is different....
If it were me, I would get a 4/6, with swaybars. It will handle like a sports car.
are you sure thats a 3/4?? that looks waaay lower to me. here are 2 trucks with 3/4 drops on them(mine and greggos) my truck has a 1" rake.

Damn Tx, your truck looks good! I barely see the rake on yours. Did you notch your frame? What kit and what parts did you use to get the 3/4?

Ive seen greggos in person since he live 2 mins from me. His truck is sweet but i can see the rake a little more on his and his doesnt look quite as low. Both look bad *** but i want the look you got Tx. It so slightly raked that it looks level but still sits low and i dont think it would need to be notched!

im pretty sure i have the same exact drop as greg. i think i remember him saying his was djm at the last g2g at tom bass. i did some different stuff to the rear end of mine though.

3" drop springs up front. 2" drop hangers, and i put a belltech 3" drop shackle in instead of the 2" drop shackle that djm sends. i have spring clamps too that lower it just a little more. theres more recent pictures of my truck in my cardomain link. hopefully by the end of the weekend ill be rollin on my boyd coddingtons

oh, and no notch for me. i used to hit frame though until i did the rollpan, hidden hitch(lighter than factory) and put the spare up close to the cab in the bed.

If you do mild lowering like 2/4 can you still tow like a 5000 pound open car trailer?

How much does it improve handling?

Yeah you can definitely tow something like that. Also, it does improve handling a good bit, although it would also help to have swaybars and lower profile tires. Then it will really feel like it is gripping hard.

I already have the low pros and id probably get the sway bars so i cant wait to see how this bitch is gonna handle. lol

I think i have finally beat the 4/6 out of my head cause i dont wanna notch the frame or run into crossmember problems like you said. I havent been able to get in touch with my friend to see how he did it but i know he drags his truck on ever driveway and speedbump. Thats on stock rims/tires too. I just dont wanna make my truck that useless and risk mashin up anything underneath it.

I gotta decide now between the 2/4 and the 3/4. I want the 3/4 but i just dont want it to look too raked on my truck.

Heck I would just do the 2/4" and call it a day.
