Just curious, but why didn't you just buy a 16x10 rim?

Because I didn't want the wheel to stick out and look stupid. I couldn't find a 16"x10" wheel that had the backspacing that I wanted. I could have had a custom wheel made but this way cost less for me. Hopefully that makes sense.

I got my slicks today so I am just waiting on the wheels to arrive then I will have more pictures to post up.

UPDATE

I recieved my FLT Level 5 4L60E Transmission earlier this week and it is being installed today. I will recieve my wheels early next week so I will have pictures available when I get the Hoosier slicks mounted on the wheels. I will then go back to the track to fulfill my quest to reach the 11's. Later.
