Drag tires for 20's?

i've heard with a wider diameter tire and lower gears you actually put more torque to the ground, any truth to this?

in essence, yes. more traction will = more applied torque

that tire is just toooo wide, Looks like with the right BS, I can fit a 14-15" section width tire without relocating anything. ............well........thats if I don't want the tire sticking out past the fender flare

well i have a 22x10 with a 305/35 on it and it has about a half inch before it hits the innner wheel well of the inside of the bed, and thats with a 6.5 or something like back spacing and it is about perfect about not sticking out or sitting too far in. So doubt that anything bigger would actually fit with out mini tubs

I finally saw this tire on a custom billet wheel at the Del Mar Good Guys show! freakin Awesome!
