get that puppy checked for balancing. Tube likely to be bent. It won't look bent by eyballing it, but .040" is a lot at 90+mph. I know this first-hand.
On second thought... have you changed the stance on the truck. I just noticed your avatar. Looks like it's lowered. Nice BTW! Check the pinion angle. May be more than recommended 1 - 3 degrees.

It is your driveshaft and it will fly off sooner or later. You need a 2pc from an extended cab, fits like a glove, just need to build a crossmember for it.

The shop that built my 1pc for my RCSB mentioned that they gets all kind of folks trying to run a 1pc on ECSBs. They recommend 2pc shafts w/ crossmember for support. The longer the driveshaft, the more potential for throw-out.

So i talked to a guy today at the used parts place, he's got what i need but swears it wont work, (he is a expert you know) ha, anyway has anyone actually done this swap? If so what year did you get your parts from?
