Dropped My Truck

If you use that spacer, you should be ok with the 255/45 tire. Its the same height as the 22's he was using.
Tofix your alignement issues, you can either do the belltech alignment cams, or the offset control arm bushings. Both will work, just depends on how you want to do it.

well i heard that belltech stopped making the alignment kit for the nbs trucks.. not sure if thats 100% true.. im going to call DJM i might end up just buying the upper arms that are used with the 5" and 6" LCAs to correct the problem. i think there a little longer then stock to compensate for the camber issues caused with +5" front drops

Did you try summit or jegs? The upper arm will help, but they are really expensive. Be careful with the upper arms, if you raise the front too much, you'll be getting some positive camber with the arms. Def set the height first, then go from there. That part number for the alignment kit is somewhere in this thread.

I had a CC 1500 that was lowered 4-6 on 24s. I traded several shocks between it and my wife's Yukon. The Doetch Tech is the best so far, I never had the negative comber corrected but I never worried about it. Do not buy Toxic Shocks they are a complete waste.

also i went with a 2/4 drop and still bottomed out my front bumper alot, i went with 2in spindles and 2in hanger /w 2 shackle drop, but i hit the bump stop alot on the reat because i didnt c notch the frame so i adjusted the shackle to only be 1in drop so it totals to be a 2/3 drop, but ur going to have fun because the stock shocks are pretty dang stiff and i did a spindle drop so i didnt have to do a drop shock and my stuff still scrapes the lower valance a good bit

ive scrapped my front bumper a couple of times and ive bottomed out quite a bit in the past 2 days its making me unhappy.. the beltech nitro drop 2 shocks are definatly to soft for this drop im going to have to swap them out for some stiffer ones, what are you guys running and how do they ride? as far as my camber goes should i buy the DJM uppers to correct the problem or try this alignment kit from DJM... http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.as..._prod_ids=2498
The bottoming out and scraping front end are making me want to lift the truck up an inch all around and go with a 3/5. i need some advice guys give me some input here thanks
