If you use that spacer, you should be ok with the 255/45 tire. Its the same height as the 22's he was using.

Tofix your alignement issues, you can either do the belltech alignment cams, or the offset control arm bushings. Both will work, just depends on how you want to do it.

Those should work, but they are expensive. The alignment cams are around 25 dollars. Are you going to do the install, or have a shop do it? If a shop does it the differnce in labor might be worth the extra cost of the bushings. One side took about an hour and a half, the other side half an hour (spring got in the way).

well i heard that belltech stopped making the alignment kit for the nbs trucks.. not sure if thats 100% true.. im going to call DJM i might end up just buying the upper arms that are used with the 5" and 6" LCAs to correct the problem. i think there a little longer then stock to compensate for the camber issues caused with +5" front drops

Did you try summit or jegs? The upper arm will help, but they are really expensive. Be careful with the upper arms, if you raise the front too much, you'll be getting some positive camber with the arms. Def set the height first, then go from there. That part number for the alignment kit is somewhere in this thread.

I had a CC 1500 that was lowered 4-6 on 24s. I traded several shocks between it and my wife's Yukon. The Doetch Tech is the best so far, I never had the negative comber corrected but I never worried about it. Do not buy Toxic Shocks they are a complete waste.

have you had any alignment problems such as neg. camber by using drop spindles instead of lca??
