Default Duramax Clutch Question

My buddys 03 duramax 6 speed is having a clutch issue. After hard full throttle or high mph, when he decels he can hardly push the clutch pedal in? Truck has bullydog programming in it. It did it with the original clutch, and still does it after clutch replacement with a factory clutch. I dont get it cause these are hyd. clutches. I wouldnt think pedal pressure would change. He went 120 mph the other night, and when he let off it was all he could do to put the clutch in!! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the throwout bearing and slave cylinder are 1 unit, you might need to change the throwout bearing unit.
