Default E.T. gain

So for those of you that have switched rear end ratios. I'm wondering how much my 1/8 mile time could improve switching to a 4.10 gear (currently have 3.73, 4l80e 3200 stall) truck currently runs a best of 9.6 with an earth shattering 2.2 60' with a dead hook on a 32" tall Nitto 420. I'm trying to break into the 8.0-8.2 range with 28" hoosiers and a 200 shot

Thanks.

When I had my 2006 Ram quad cab short bed with the 5.7 in it. 3.55 to 4.56 gear was worth about 3 tenths in the 1/8 when it would hook on street tires. When I pulled the 305/50R20s off and put it on 275/40R17 drag radials and P245/70R17s up front it lost nearly 200 lbs overall and would run another 1-2 tenths quicker, sometimes as much as 4-5 tenths, depending on how well the track surface was prep'd. I had a small custom grind comp cam, long tube headers, and an APS 2800 rpm converter in that setup. Best 1/8 was made with a transmission that was on its way out, 8.51 @ ~82.
