The regular ones are 400 lb. If you didnt special order that is most likely what you got.

There are 600lb'ers too. Just be careful goosing it around corners with the 800lb springs. Oooops

1slow01Z71, I would go with the 800's too. They're pretty agressive, but I think that heavier, hi-po trucks could benefit from it. When I was doing the rear in my car, I found that that's what most of the heavy Chevelle guys run. It might wear out a little sooner, but it tough to say, because the clutches won't slip as much. But they are constantly pre-loaded. I think they would be good for off-roading as well, because with the 800's its damn near like a locker.

I seem to remembeer someone posting a diff cover that locks into the eaton to make it stronger. Does anybody know who makes it and the pn. I couldnt find it in the search. Is there anything else we can do to our rear ends to make them stronger without swapping out for a 14bolt.
