Can anyone give me a website or something where I can get the input shaft for the t-case in a 03 SSS? I forget what it's called but I know it's different, i'm going 4l80 and I want to go ahead and get that stuff outta the way. But if anyone can help me out it'd me much appreciated.

Very useful. Lots of great info in here. It's a long read, but you did a wonderful job with all the details of what you ran into along the way. Bummer that you don't still have the truck though, would be interesting to see how it would've held up over time (not that it wouldn't have).
So I say to you "Great work, sir!"

Ok well if anyone gets the opportunity to answer this question, I did the 4L80E swap on my 2003 SSS and I did all the wiring and what not just like the guide says. I was told I can drive it far enough to do such as put it on a trailer, but it threw 2 codes.. a PO740 and a PO785..
The PO740 is a TCC code, which I believe is normal because a 4L80E doesn't have a TCC?
And a PO785 which is a "shift solenoid A malfunction" I believe, which might also be normal at this moment
The truck hasn't been tuned YET! So if you think this is normal just tell me, I gotta make sure before I tow it 2 hours away to be tuned though... any help is much appreciated!

This truck is still tuned for a performance 4L60E, it's yet to see a tune since then.. I'm just trying to make sure ALL the bugs are worked out before I carry it to have it tuned. I don't wanna be at ETMC working on my **** while he's trying to tune it lol..
