Default Exhaust routing with 4L80
One thing I'm pretty sure I overlooked was my exhaust pretty sure it will have to be re routed...Let's see some pics of how yours is

That's what mine looks like currently with the 60e. I'd like to see how you all have it done with the 80. Thanks

Mine crosses right under the torque converter and merges into a single 4" right where te teams cross member is

mines the normal lpp y pipe. had to flatten it just a tad bit to clear the pan

My ARH setup courses exactly the same as it did with the 4l60 with plenty of clearance. Only thing necessary was trimming of the dust cover ears.

off topic but how far does the cross member have to come back on the 2wd? I have done 3 4wd swaps but no 2wd and im getting ready to help my buddie finish his 2wd!

its like 6 1/4 or 6 1/2. the tranny mount hole give you room to play. i bolted my 80e up and then attached the cut crossmember and tac'd it in. then took it down and fully welded it
