The title of that section of catalog is "M9 HOUSING AND AXLE PACKAGE"
The description then reads,
" 9" Ford Bolt-In Housings include... "

This is awesome that they're offering this now!

From viewing their online catalog, it appears that these do include everything listed.
These do not include gears/posi unit.
They also offer a bolt-in w/o axles, bearings, etc. for $705ea.
