Default Flexplate different from 5.3 to 6.0???

I am finally getting my project together in my sig... He is my problem I put the engine and tranny together out of the truck so I can install them as one, I have the everything together and when I went to put the bolts on for the torque convertor to flexplate the freakin holes didn't line up? I was thinkin that maybe yank sent me the wrong convertor. But no it was right. Then I was like DAMN the 6.0 came backed by an 80e..****. I pulled the old 5.3 an 60e apart and sure enough the 2 flexplates are different.

So can I use the 5.3 ,4L60E flexplate on the 6.0 FLT 4L65E ? Will 5.3 flexplate have the same balance as the 6.0, if I can use it ?

Tahnks
Danny

Yes, the flexplates are dependent on the tranny type. Use the one from your 5.3.
