Ok so I just orderedy c notch from belltech and I should see it in about 2 weeks. So I was reading the instal guide that comes with the entire flip kit (not just the notch) and they give a tranny mount spacer and carrier bearing spacer as well. Are those 100% necessary? A friend of mine that did a 6/8 drop all home made said he didn't bother with either of those and he just adjusted his pinion angle. And he never had any problems. Anyone able to justify that or done the flip and not tranny and carrier bearing spacers?
