Default Floor shifter for 4L60E

Has anyone converted from column shift to floor shift on a newer truck? Will a shifter for a 4L60 work on a 4L60E? Shifter recommendations? Thanks

As I recall all you need is afloor shift for an old school 700R4, the 700R4 had the four shift gates needed for 1-2-3-4/OD... B&M makes a bunch for it...

I may be wrong though, its happens. LoL

Thanks for the pics. I'm assuming that you have quite a bit of latitude in locating the shifter. Yours looks like it's pretty far back. How much distance does the shifter handle move going from P to 1st? Do you have the "E" tranny? Any problems with the PCM? Back-up lights? Steering wheel lock?

the pcm goes by the park neutral safety switch..nothing with the steering wheel lock are anything..havent checked the back up lights but im sure they would work..mines the 4l60-e tranny..
