Don't run the trans without it, You can damage the trans if boost gets into the vacuum signal, I don't recommend running the trans without the line connected either because your running the trans at max line pressure at all times which not good either. If you need both pieces you can call me at the shop 630-350-7776 and I'll send them to you on Monday. I also would recommend that you buy a piece of 1/4 inch brake line to make the vacuum line out of, It works better than rubber hose IMO.
