I did some of the tuning but I had quite a bit of help from Jesse (wait4me) because he lives really close to me. You know more than me so I will take your advice, Should I change that table back to stock? I just got back from a drive and it shifts quickly but not firm so I don't know if that is how it is supposed to be.

I would try putting that table back to stock, do you need a stock file?

I know where to get one but if you want to post it here I would apprecaite it. Would there have been a reason that the Optimal Timing table was changed? Thanks for your help!

Honestly I don't have a clue why that table would be changed... Like I said it is used for TQ calculations.... This is what EFI Live says:

This table is used as a reference for what would be best timing, which is then used for various torque calculations.
Change and go for a spin and then post up what you think. It may or may not solve your problem...

I changed the tune and went for a drive. It is still is not as firm as it was but I sure do like it, it has a firmer shift when I get into WOT but not to harsh. This transmission actually shifts where it is suppose to as opposed to my old transmission which wouldn't shift in time therefore I would hit the rev limiter. I logged my drive and below is that file incase you want to check that out.
