Default Which frictions for 4L80E rebuild?

I need to rebuild my 4L80 and was wondering which clutches or frictions you tranny guys perfered for a street/strip application. So far thru my research the frictions available are:
Alto - Red Eagle
Borg Warner - High Energy
Raybestos - Stage 1
Raybestos - Gen2 Blue Plates (pricey and may be overkill for my application)

As a follow up question, which steels do you perfer with your friction choice?

I'm pretty sure they used very high metallic content frictions on mine

Doesnt matter, so much surface area.... the shaft will break, or a sprag will roll first.....

I'm saying that with a shift kit and good tuning, you will be more likely to break a hard part than fry a clutch pack. imo

Interesting. I guess either I can't tune or I have broken a hard part cause mine is slipping like crazy. Stock low mile '05 with HD-2.
