MY front end squeaks like a chirping noise when i accelerate or coast or even just cruise. Im wondering what is going on if its the Ball joints or the bushing or what not. I already replaced the of the wheel bearings and the other one looks fine. The noise also goes away when i apply the brakes and is worse when i first drive it in the morning. Any help would be great it has gotten worse since i put the new bearing assembly in.

Try taking off the calipers and applying some of that non squeak grease lube on the back side of the pads that contacts the piston. My truck made a rattling and squeaking noise when driving down rough roads and that's what it was. I Applied the brake grease and it stopped.
