Default Front Sway Bar

The stock swaybar on my 4wd is 1 1/8" / 28.6mm which is the smallest that comes on the GMT800's that I am aware of.

I need to purchase some new bushings so I figured I might as well grab a swaybar from a truck being parted out.

My question is what trucks are compatible? 2wd use the same routing as 4wd? Tahoe/yukon/suburban/avalanche/denali?

I am assuming they are all the same but wanted to verify.

No, they are different between 2wd and 4wd.

The suvs typically have bgger sway bars, best bet would be to find a junkyard with a few different trucks and suvs and bring a caliper and measure them.... Wanna say the suburbans, 2500s and the escalades have the largest sway bars... Been wrong before though!!

A 2500 sway bar will likely be different than a 1500

Endlinks are almost universal across the board.

As far as the bar. I don't see any one offering a 1500 bar that fits a 2500

Also when looking into some budget suspension mods, I measured a 2500 arm Vs a 1500 and they are completely different although the look very similar.

If the lower arms are different on the 2500 I would think the sway bars would not be easily interchangeable.
