i have the big stock disc brakes too. the dual piston caliper ones so they are a little stronger.

well you guys ask for pics. here they are.






do all the outer bearings look like this? check the dual retainer clip mod on the brake shoe. lol

Damn that looks nasty. Never seen one break like that, almost looks like it was a bad axle or slowly had a stress crack get bigger and bigger till it went boom.

Mike, if you didn't have bad luck you'd have no luck. lol I guess you did all that work for a daily driver, because it just refuses to go to the track. I guess you hoe is like all the other hoes out there, they **** you and then you pay up $$$$$. lol

Wow...That's a pretty massive failure. Wasn't sure what to expect but it wasn't that!!

yeah thats where i stopped the day before. i was afraid to move it again. i didn't want anything to break more. apparently the hoe is making more power than i thought now. that was the first half real launch since the new turbo and P&P ls6 heads and the trans. i also found out my axle are a little bigger than normal or taper down less because of the active brake management system. that's what i was told anyway.
