Met up with your brother to pick a set of wheels for a friend of mine yesterday. He showed us the pics on his cell. That is terrible. I was going to find a G80 for the time being.......not anymore. Good luck.

Are you sure the G80 blew out? They aren't a true posi and don't lockup after about 15 to 20 mph,it may have just released it's lockup while you were hard on the gas causing the truck try to straighten up from it's drift.Either way you need a good posi,go with the Eaton posi or an Auburn Pro and then, next time you'll back it into the curb because neither one will release it's engagement.

honestly.......... this has crossed through my mind. I know the g80 is unpredictable like that. But i felt a huge "bang" so..... who truly knows until the cover comes off. Either way....... the g80 caused this. But it never "straightened" out, lol, it just kept sliding all over the place. I put in a good attempt to save it, it went back and forth like... 2 1/2 times before we went around, but it was like driving on ice.

Actually they have one wheel on a dolly at the dealership... I'm willing to bet that if he wanted to drive it once more he'd probably still be a tiny faster than me
