g80 fitment????

I agree with Grumpy.
He's still going to have to do a proper install and mesh with the G80...and that's where the real expense is IF he's paying someone else to do it.
I bought my Trutrac from Saddler Powertrain for $380.
I bought new bearings and seals for roughly an extra $80 and that was it (I did my own install).
If the G80 grenades...as they are known to do....he may be up for a new cover (I welded the 'exit' holes in mine), ring and pinion (mine chipped a tooth and had to be replaced), plus a complete re-install.
Maybe axles, axle bearings as well.

Grumpy I can't agree with you more. I have the TruTrac and it makes a world of difference. If I knew he was going to stomp on it, I'd feel much differently about selling the G80 that I have.

See my TruTrac and Yukon 4.10's were installed at the same time by AxisT6, who came highly recommended. Was it an inexpensive move, not likely. But I know that it was done right, and there's the worth.(ok a slight stray away from subject)
