I am running 10's along with a 29 inch tire, have logged close to 140mph with plenty left... You lose a few mpg... Nothing to worry about imo

I lost about 3-4 mpg on the highway from 4.10s to 3.42s. With 31.5" tires the 4.10s drive way way better than the 3.42s. The truck was always out of the powerband with the 3.42s

I went from 4.11 to 4.30 and Like it better over all.
Your top end is also going to depend on how much power your engine has. If its a stock engine you'll take all day to top 3rd anyway.
took my 4.11's to 134mph at 6450rpm in 3rd gear on 275/45/20" wheels. (gps confirmed)
