Default gear swap??

ive got a 2002 silverado 5.3 rough country leveling kit. i currently have 315/75/16 tires on 16x10 wheels ive got superchips cortex hand held which isnt the best but works. im wantin my power kinda back since going up to the 35s and im wantin to regear before i loss my trans and get my gas mileage in kinda the right area along with torque back. so i figured 4.56s or 4.88? my only problem is in the winter i run 265/75/16s on 16x8s. im just afraid doing the gear swap will be useless with my winter tires and use more fuel. any help will be greatly appriciated thanks

Put in 4.88's if you are going to keep the 35's and not lift it any higher. The gears will be slightly better then stock(assuming you had 3:73's) so call it like a 3:90 ish performance would be like
