gear swap parts list???
ok so I am finally getting rid of the 3.42's and getting a set of 3.73's, the problem is, I want to change out some bearings and seals while I am in there and dont know if there's just a "kit" or something I can get for it. I'd like to maybe freshen up the G80 too while I'm at it and see if I can make it last longer since I dont have the means to get an Eaton just yet. are there replacement clutches I can get for it? also what kind of lube do you guys run? I am probably going to fill it back up with Royal purple and call it a day....
-all I am getting from this guy is the gear set. for $40 I couldnt pass it up. they were taken out at like 20K miles and replaced with 4.88's

the bearing is LM-603049 and the race is LM-603012. you need 2 of each and you can get them from napa. how many miles on the truck? if its under a 100k your axle seals should be fine. i don't know too much about the g80 clutches and lube.

Thanks Lance. Its quickly approaching 100K (93K to be exact) and I dont want to go into it again until I change out the diff completely... Me and Seth are going to tackle it on a Saturday probably at the hobby shop so we have a lift and air tools and a press and all... those numbers will come in handy though for sure. do you recall about how much they were???
