Default Gearing reccomendations

Hi, I have a 1500HD. Its got stock gears and i went 4 sizes bigger on the tires from stock. I believe they are 285 somethings... around 32"? I really need to re-gear it. It comes with the 3.73's i was thinking about 4.10 but i want to have good 1/4 miles and i tow daily. I would also like enough gear to go a bit bigger on my next set of tires. What do you's reccomend? 4.56? will this kill fuel miliage or should i be ok.

can't be too worried about fuel mileage if you're going to a 6" lift with 35" tires
