Yes you will have to make a couple of changes for the gear ratio and shift points. Otherwise your speedo will be off and you will get an ABS failure light and some other bells and whistles going off.

I love them, it pulls so much better. I am glad I didn't go with 4.30's tho...I am on a short tire and I like it just how it is.
