Default gmt800 00-07 silverado traction issues

Hey guys I recently built the transmission and 5.3 in my 01 Silverado
Anyways its heads cam pistons rods and headers and stall,
It has a brand new g80 I just put in it my neighbor had
It destroys the tires even from a 55 roll.

It has junk tires on it so I know that's the first step
But aside from that and I'm getting traction bar.
What else can I do to help improve traction on this truck
I've searched online but haven't found much keeps pulling
Up traction control issues.

I'd say get some new rubber and try the traction bars and see where you are at.

Your 5.3 shouldn't come close to destroying tires at 55 unless you forgot to tell us it's boosted. I have assassin bars and 305/35/20 Mickey Thompson et street 2 and my 6.0 on the bottle sticks from a 20 roll and off the bottle I can feather it and stick out of the hole on the street. Def get some DRs and bars
