GMT900 Front Coilover Question

Please do!! I searched the mount part number on google and it came up on pro comps list of parts for the lift kit, but I haven't been able to source it individually yet.

The adapter mounts are a little over $50 each. So $100+ bucks plus $10 for the hardware bag. I understand that is a chunk of change for two adapters, but the suspension manufacturers do not like selling parts piecemeal. If any one is still interested, PM me and I will let you know how to get them. If the mods allow, I'll post the contact information openly, but my employer is not a site sponsor.

How about talking spring rates? I've been searching for the factory spring rates but I haven't had any luck yet. Any benefit going with a qa1 variable rate spring? Still trying to figure how the qa1 spring rate charts compute. Seems like a 10in spring that starts off at say 300lbs, increases 300lbs per every additional inch of compression?

From the mass amount of reading I have done I'm leaning towards a 2.5dia x 12" spring either 500lb or 550lb. 500lb may be a little more comfortable ride quality while the 550lb would be more sporty ride quality. Or a 2.5"dia x 14" 350lb Any thoughts before I jump off this bridge?
Just for reference here's how I came to this
Spring weight is 1450+\- on front corner.
Stock spring measures a tad under 10inch at ride hieght.
A qa1 550lb 12" spring will compress about 2.62in which is pretty close to maintaining my current ride height.
Or maybe a 14" x 350lb spring which gives me a tad over 4" of compression? (14" spring is recommended for the DS701)
This is all just a guess based in my previous reading. Any input is welcomed.

Might want to measure where the coil will actually fit...on mine, granted its a gmt800 4wd, I am using a ds301 with a 6" spring. A 7" is recommended but that would make mine too tall. I am also using a 1000lb spring, it is very stiff, but I also dont have much travel to work with, so it needs to be.
