Dude here's what you need to do run some control arms and a 6" flip kit with c-notch.
I ran 2" control arms with 4" hotchkis leafs for a little while and it rode great. I really liked it alot.
Now I'll be running a 4/7 in about a week. For now I'm running a 2/7 and the back rides just as good, if not better than stock.
The flipkit/cnotch costed me a total of $85. I bought the flipkit/cnotch on ebay almost brand new for $60, and I spend $25 on a grinder and cutoff wheel from harbor freight.

i do have a reg. cab
i measured it and my rear for sure wont rub and my front is on the verge of it with stock spring rates and i think with the stiffer spring rates, that ill be alright. if not i can just take out the front inner fenders as a last resort till i get new wheels/tires

BTW you might want to consider some air shocks for the back, that should keep you from bottoming out in the rear, they can be found at Orilleys.
I know several people that run them.
