Default is this a good deal?

Out pricing to get a set of gears installed.
i had a combo deal tossed at me, would like to know if
It would be any good.

For 700.00 my whole rear axle will be rebuilt.
new bearings all the way around, shims, C clips, spider gears, ring and pinion, crush sleve,
seals, and it will up me from a 3:42 to a 3:73.
basicly the G-80 will stay and all of the stock stuff will be replaced.

That deal doesnt sound to bad but if it was me i would get a new lsd if your installing new gears. Its just a little insurance for the new gears. You wouldnt want the g80 to go along with the new gears one day. But anyways the deal doesnt sound bad at all. So deal or no deal

now is the time to get a real posi unit. detroit tru-trac or eaton are the 2 big ones. it would be sad to have to spend another 700 on your rear end after teh grenade80 explodes on your new gears. have you talked to axis? he has done a few members gears on here and everyone says he's a perfectionist with it.
