Good shocks for Z71

I wasnt aware of that, either way, go with Bilsteins first. 5100 series are VERY nice. If you want to cheap out get Monroe Reflex Montubes, or if you want to venture out try the Edlebrock IAS. Those are my suggestions. Might want to try www.fullsizechevy.com/forums and go to offroad and search. You will get the same answers

ok, tires...Go with something a little better than BFG's im my opinion. I will suggest the Toyo Open Country(lil expensive, but great tire) Nitto TerraGrappler(really nice ride and looks good) or the M/T ATZ(Micky Thompsons are the ****) I had the Baja Radial MTX and loved them. Alot of guys are suggesting these and once my Wrangler A/T's wear I am replacing them with these. Go to that site and just do a few searches.
I never went with BFG, but all the guys from my old shop ran them and the wore too quickly and didn't clean up real well after a mud run. My old Dominator Sports were pretty equivalent to these.
However, make your own decision and don't base it just on my opinion. I just want to throw more options your way.
