Default Got an Escalade, want to lower it 2/3, which kit?

I picked up an 02 Escalade with some nice 20" Foose wheels, but the damn thing needs to be lowered pretty badly. Which 2/3 kit is the best? How does lowering effect the "auto-ride" feature? Is the ride quality going to go to ***** if I lower it?

Default Same question, almost

I have a 2002 Tahoe with autoride. I am also looking for a 2/3 drop kit. I am putting 24's with 305/35/24 tires. I want to make sure they won't rub and that the autoride sytem will still work. Any suggestions?

Go with McGaughys.

Ditto

The spindle from Gaughys lets you keep more of the factory front suspension geometry than any of the others. The ride quality and steering is smooth as stock.

Yep, McGaughy's. Best spindle out for the AWD late model GM's.

Oops, didn't see this one. I posted the same question about my '02 Denali. When i look at their site, on parts list, I don't see the Denali. But I'm assuming it's the same as the Escalade. Any thoughts on the $284 kit vs. the $385 kit?

Get the kit with the spindle. You will retain more of the factory ride and suspension travel. An extra $100 is well worth it over the life of your truck.
