Default Got my tranny in but I have some problems!!!

SO I got my tranny in and it works great! The stall is actually a little high for running the stock tuning while my tune is at Nelson getting reprogrammed. And it still might be a little more than what I want but oh well. Anyhow now to the problems....
series of events....
I put the truck in 4wd to see if everything still works, it was hesitant to go in and when I tried to take it out a few minutes later the it would not go back into 2wd and the service 4wd light came on....

so i drove to autozone and had him put the scanner on it and nothing came up, so I disconnected the battery for a minute, put it back on, got in the truck and fired it up. I was not in 2wd and no light came on???wtf

then I got home but as soon as I pulled into my driveway I remembered I had to meet my mom at verizon so I put it in reverse and backed out. when I put in back in drive it just died.....fired right back up and never did it again.

I am gonna go try the 4wd out again real quick and look under to make sure everything is connected and I will check my fluids too.. but if anyone has experienced this please post and help my out...

Also my truck seems like it is actually slower....but I guess that must be becaus eim on stock tuning...
