Sways are the way to go, especially at highway speeds (at least in my heavy tahoe). Hope you get the front in soon, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I guess this is what I need for this slush box of a Hoe I have then. Going from my Hotchkis lowered and bar'ed Silvy to the stock 'Hoe is quite a difference. Did the Hotchkis bars on your Z71 Hoe effect the ride quility any other than stiffening it up in the corners?

Ride quality is unchanged in that is does not ride any rougher and is not any noisier. But nose dive under braking and rear squating under power are virtually eliminated. It seems to improve braking performance a decent amount as well.

My mom has a stock 02 Tahoe, and when I drive hers, it is like a whole different truck altogether. And at highway speeds, I can zig zag pretty quickly without feeling like I am about to flip over.

when I get sideways, I try to keep it under 100, haha. With 5000+ lbs traveling that fast, I don't want to do anything but go in a straight line!

Got mine installed this weekend and all I can say is wooow what a big difference. it made the truck change alot feels tons better. I would tell everyone to get one. The only thing I had to change was the bolts I needed shorter ones 7 inch bolts since I have the 4/6 drop. I am completely happy with the way the truck rides now.
