IVE GOT AN 04 SILVERADO Z71. AND WHEN I TAKE A RIGHT HAND CURVE AT ABOUT 40 MPH U CAN HEAR A GRINDING NOISE IN THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL AREA. DOES ANYONE KNOW OR HAVE AN IDEA WHAT THIS COULD BE AND IF SO HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

Could be a bad hub bearing or bad C.V. axle. I'm leaning more towards a bad hub bearing. You can check this by raising the front end and checking the lateral movement in the bearing by placing your hands on the top and bottom of the tire and push and pull to check for play in the wheel assembly.
You can also take it to an alignment shop to have the front end checked out.
Good luck.
