Having trouble getting rear rotors off 2003 Silverado

Sounds like the E-brake shoe's getting caught on a rusty lip on the edge of the rotor. Try rotating and whacking it, rinse and repeat. The e-brake shoe may take a beating and may need replacement if the rotor is rusted enough that it digs into the shoe upon removal...

Calipers are already off Im going to try and disconnect the ebrake cable from the back of the dust shield and see if that helps.
