Help me find a stall...
Quick overview of my Truck:
1988 GMC Sierra Reg Cab
6.0 lq4
4l80e
Future Turbo Build... 76mm 8-12 #'s
Isky Tripple 12 cam 212/212 lsa 212
ARP Head Studs
ARP Connecting rod bolts
Comp 7.4 Hardened PR
Patriot Dual Valve Springs
Dual Roller Timing Chain
LS9 Head Gaskets
3.43 gears
HP potential 500-600 hp skies the limit lol
Street warrior... maybe a pass or 2 a year at the track
So I'm contemplating the right stall speed for this setup, once upon a time I figured 3000-3400 stall but I'm finding a lot of complaints on here about it feeling too loose... So my question is with my setup whereabouts will I sit comfortably? Input from you guys that know because I haven't ever driven anything higher than stock before. It's not my DD but I don't want to feel annoyed like some have said every time I go to step on the gas.. Thanks!

My yank 3000 behind a 4l80/6.0 212/218 comp in a crew cab with 3.23's was wayy to loose for me but I think it would be much more tame in that 88 with 3.42's...a 3000 will light that turbo off nicely, i wouldnt go lower than that

I guess you live and learn with stalls, why else does Yank give a free re-stall with purchase? LOL 3000 seems to be good enough for me not too high not too low! Guess I'm just hoping I'm not in my truck saying "dammit should have went higher/lower...." Thank you for your input!
