Exclamation help me pick a converter...

hey fellas, my transmission burned up and im having it rebuilt. i need a converter and need some imput.

i want a 3000 stall, i was looking at yanks TT3000 or one from circle D, but the problem is both look to be for the newer LS trucks. my truck is a 1997, i have a 1 piece 4L60E. i dont really see what could be different, but i could be wrong. so any help would be great.

I've got an Edge 3000 in mine and have had great luck with it, and they have great customer service.

If you have questions I would just call up Circle D or Yank. From what I've read on the board they both have great customer service. I know Circle D for one of their stalls they do a modified & beefed up TB stall for the LS engines. Maybe they would do the same thing to a S10 stall for the older SBCs?

Call Yank and ask for Dave, he will help you out.

I can't say enough good things about the customer service that I've received from Chris at Circle-D, definitely top notch Looking forward to bolting my 258mm multi-disc in some time this month
