help me pick a converter...

i got a email from Chris but sadly there not gonna be any help. the only converter for the stall speed i want is a billet one, and thats outta my price range right now. So far the cheapest converter iv found with at least a 2800 stall is Yanks LT1 2800 at $500. but im still looking

IIRC Pauly on FSC said that the S10 TC stalls at around 2700RPM on a 350. Maybe that would work for you.

i had the S10 converter. at best it would stall to 2400. but iirc he said his tach was off

+1. I know u said u can't afford the CircleD good stuff, but either co. has nice stuff. Your application may be the biggest issue, sounds that way. Too bad that modded TB wouldn't work.

If u have ?'s, I too would just call up Circle D or Yank. From what I've read on the board they both have great customer service. Offer for your old ****? Doubtful. Good luck no matter what u choose.
