how much hp and tq can a 4l60e withstand in a rcsb?

I think it really depends how you drive it. I have heard of them breaking on a stock truck. Considering your set up, you might want to start thinking about a built 4l65e or 4l80e.

I agree. I killed one in my stock truck with nothing changed. But it did have around 30k miles on it when I bought the truck and I don't know how it was driven before. I had about 40-50 passes on it and 35k miles when it finally blew shattering a couple of the planetary gears and stripping the sun gear.

i dont wanna find out how long mine lasts. cause u can tell when i take off all T/M its shifts pretty hard at the WOT shift points(especialy stock). so i dont really do that.
